Why we stay small

Growth was never the goal

We used the big-name property management companies ourselves, before we launched our own. We know exactly where a mass approach falls short: reviews suffer when volume gets to a point that it's just impossible to care, and pricing doesn't get the attention it deserves.

That's why we only take on a small number of properties at a time. Every listing gets the same care we'd want for our own.

We use tools like PriceLabs, but we don't just let them run on their own. Every listing gets checked by hand too, so the price is genuinely optimised for what's happening in the market, not just automated and forgotten.

Guest communications

We've thought carefully about every message we send, from the first enquiry to the check-out reminder, to get the wording right. It's part of a wider system built specifically to earn five-star reviews.

We're property developers first. We've kitted out 15+ properties specifically for short-term letting, so we know exactly which mattresses, sofas, linen and furniture in Northern Ireland strike the right balance of price and quality.
